We offer requests for guided tours and experiences in Valencia and its surroundings. A request made through this website is not automatically confirmed. The booking is only confirmed after direct communication with Jaume. Entrance fees to monuments or attractions are not included unless expressly stated and will be clarified during confirmation.
These terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union consumer-protection and e-commerce rules. The courts of Valencia, Spain, have jurisdiction over disputes.
2. Booking requests, prices, and cancellations
Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Jaume will contact you directly to finalize the details and will send confirmation once the booking is fully confirmed.
Any price discussed or shown is indicative until confirmed directly. The final price includes VAT and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Required entrance fees are separate and will be explained during confirmation.
Cancellation requests must be sent to info.valenciantours@gmail.com. Cancellation and refund conditions may vary by tour and are the conditions agreed during confirmation. Refunds are not guaranteed. If Jaume cancels, any refund or compensation depends on the circumstances and costs already incurred.
3. Personal data
We collect your name, contact details, and tour preferences to process your request and communicate with you. Data may be shared with service providers only where needed to facilitate the request. See the Privacy tab for further information.
Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting info.valenciantours@gmail.com.
4. Liability and force majeure
We are responsible for delivering a confirmed tour as described, but not for damage or loss beyond our control, including unforeseen circumstances or third parties.
We are not liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government action.
5. Changes and disputes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services and may update these terms to reflect legal or business requirements. The latest version will remain available on this website.
