Valencia is known for paella and long lunches shared around the table. This tour explores another side of eating in the city: moving from place to place to try small bites from Valencia and the rest of Spain.
Over 3.5 hours, we combine sweet and savory tastes, with a special focus on the Central Market and the produce that draws local restaurants to its stalls. This is a tasting experience rather than a full sit-down lunch. It includes 13 tapa-style tastings and up to 5 drinks.
